Requirements:

Must have 5-8 years’ experience as store executive or store manager. 

Age group 30-40 Years old 

Male candidate  

Mechanical Knowledge will be beneficial 

Based out of Udaipur is preferable 

Team working skills, numerical skills, confident, commercial awareness and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities 

The daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Managing budgets.

Purchase and negotiation. 

Maintaining statistical and financial records. 

Dealing with customer queries and complaints. 

Overseeing pricing and stock control. 

Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation 

Preparing promotional materials and displays 

Liaising with head office. 

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability 

Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service 

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures 

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share 

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) 

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance 

Additional store manager duties as needed.

Exact Location of work- Umarada Udaipur (Rajasthan) ( 

Product handle – Related to Single Super Phosphate (Mechanical, HDPE, Bolts, Building materail etc) 

 

 

Well experienced with commerce background and diploma in material management

 

 we need that we use in systems like SAP or Any other ERP or only computer expertise?

Tally and Excel are must. 

Preference for local will be beneficial but open for any locality
