Job Profile for Project Head – Luxury Hotel
Educational background: B.E. Civil from Reputed institute with extensive knowledge in Computers & AutoCAD.
Work Experience: No. of Years : 15 to 18 Years +/- (3-5 years tolerance for meritorious candidate), out of which 5 years minimum in handling/execution of prestigious Hotel projects.

Desirable qualities:
v Working alongside the planners in developing construction strategies and sequences
v Working as the main technical advisor on construction site for subcontractors, vendors and operatives
v Assisting in managing and delivery of the project. Checking all the drawings, plans and quantities for accuracy of calculations
v Coordination with the Consultant and Architects for Drawings clearance
v Coordination with the Sub Vendors and getting the work done on time
v Preparation of Tender Doc and BOQ with the Detailed Specifications
v Having knowledge of Quality control and respective code of practice
v Preparing Programme Schedules in Microsoft Projects, based on resources and client requirements
v Managing the deliverables on time and within budget, along with sourcing materials and products.
v Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure a smooth work flow
v Should have knowledge in preparation of Daily progress, Weekly progress and Monthly progress reports of civil activities.
v Site Execution, Interior Work, RCC Work and finishing items supervision Mandatory Skills:.
v Supervise site material management and planning and ensure minimum wastage.
v Control and measurement of material consumption as per norms prescribed by architect.
v Create and update overall-site work log on daily basis.
v Ability to update management as well as client management on progress of work daily.
v Having Knowledge of project execution, Measurement, project handling, Planning, project management etc.
v Previous experience in setting up luxury hotel projects will be given preference.
v Handling and troubleshooting site related issues.
v Should have excellent communication and team building & getting work-done skills.
v Should have good negotiation and leadership skills.
v Should have strong execution skill to meet the timely completion of the project.
