A good experienced , ethical individual with great communication & management skills.

Candidate requirements:
1. Must have experience of restaurant of min 5 years .

Responsibilities :
1. Operations adhere to the Law and our Host responsibility Policy. – Good Customer service and security.

2. To comprehend and correctly operate the till software, – Accountable for accurate cash handling and all quest accounts.

3. To act as after -hours
Opening and Locking up.

4.Efficient ordering of stock. – Stock control & Stocktake,
5. Organising of promotions – Marketing the business.
Pokie machine maintenance. – Machine availability & reconciliation.
6. Staff Training. – Increased productivity & customer satisfaction.
7. Building & Grounds Maintenance, – Up keep of the property when required.

8. Swiggy & zomato complete understanding .

10. To look after breakfast setup would be lined up early morning of unique items.

11. To operate from early morning to late night .

food . Also revenue share according to proficiency.
