Group based at Udaipur having turnover of Rs. 1400 cr and presence in various States, involved in manufacturing and trading business, is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidates for the following position:


Position: Accounts Officer / Manager

Qualification – CMA / CA

Experience – + 5 years in a manufacturing concern

Should be capable of handling all the accounting operations (including GST) independently

Preference – local candidates

Location- Udaipur

Salary – at par with industry standards

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                          

  1. Through Knowledge of MIS Working and Tally
  2. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
  3. To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
  4. To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  5. To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports
  6. Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (Especially Tally) & databases
  7. Ensuring all statutory compliances and ensuring timely payment and return filing
  8. Proficiency in analyzing data
  9. To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions
  10. General and Project Accounting and manufacturing activities
  11. Budget & Forecasting activities
  12. Fund planning
  13. Have good knowledge of banking operations (LC, FLC, BG) and be able to liason with banks”
