Hiring a Store Cum Bidding Officer for a leading industrial product company. The candidate will manage inventory/store operations and support GEM portal bidding processes, including offer submission, documentation, and tender-related activities.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Store Management
Maintain inventory records, stock updates, inward/outward entries.
Manage the storage of engineering/industrial materials.
Vendor coordination for material follow-ups.
Prepare store reports and maintain stock registers.
Ensure proper documentation of material movements.
GEM Portal Responsibilities
Creation and updating of company profile on GEM portal.
Search relevant tenders, categories, and bidding opportunities.
Assist in bid preparation, uploading documents, and submission.
Maintain bidding records and follow-up on tender status.
Coordinate with management for pricing, quotations, and approvals.
📌 Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of store/inventory management.
Understanding of industrial/engineering products.
Experience with GEM portal working is highly preferred.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, email, and online tendering processes.
