Role Objective
Oversee and manage fabrication shop operations at our Mechanical Factory in Udaipur, ensuring smooth supervision, production efficiency, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate materials and assign work to workers, welders, and contractors as per requirements
- Inspect fabricated parts to ensure compliance with technical drawings
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for upkeep of welding, drilling, and other fabrication machines
- Collaborate with Stores to ensure timely availability of materials
Technical Skills & Knowledge Required
- Strong knowledge of welding & drilling processes
- Understanding of surface finishing techniques
- Comprehensive expertise in fabrication processes
