Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensure work progress as per plan, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Mobilize and manage labour as per project requirements.
- Carry out ground-level execution of civil and mechanical work.
- Interpret and execute work as per approved maps and technical drawings.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with local client representatives and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of work.
- Assess and monitor work progress against project schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (industrial construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of civil/mechanical execution processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple site tasks.
