We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the electrical distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent knowledge of electrical products, and strong leadership skills.
# Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expand market share, and increase revenue.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
4. Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to provide expert advice to customers and the sales team.
6. Sales Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.

# Requirements
1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical distribution industry.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical products, including gearboxes, and the ability to provide technical advice to customers.
6. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
