🔹 Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Manager to lead and strengthen the HR and IR functions for our group’s industrial operations.
The role involves strategic workforce planning, policy implementation, employee development, and industrial relations management.
The incumbent will be responsible for aligning people processes with the group’s growth objectives and ensuring HR excellence at the unit or cluster level.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Policy Implementation

  • Translate corporate HR strategies into actionable initiatives for plants and business units.
  • Develop and maintain unit-level HR policies, SOPs, and compliance systems.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and manpower optimization.
  • Partner with business heads to align HR goals with operational priorities.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Implement structured competency development and training calendars.
  • Manage performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
  • Manage labor relations, contract workforce, and union matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor legislations.
  • Maintain cordial relations between management and workers through regular communication and dialogue.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance systems.
  • Monitor HR metrics, attrition analysis, and manpower dashboards.
  • Support digitization of HR processes and maintain updated employee databases.

Organizational Culture & Leadership Support

  • Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Advise management on workforce productivity, morale, and organizational improvement.
  • Play a key role in change management and HR transformation initiatives.

🔹 Candidate Profile:

  • 10–20 years of HR experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-sector organizations.
  • Strong command over IR, HR operations, and employee development practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-location workforce and manage large HR teams.
  • Exposure to HR automation and modern people practices preferred.
