A well-established FMCG company is urgently looking for Sales Officers with strong experience in FMCG sales to join their team. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to work with a growing distributor of essential food products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct shop-to-shop visits to generate and take sales orders
Promote and sell products like rice, pulses, and wheat flour
Maintain daily DSR (Daily Sales Report)
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and retailers
Follow up on deliveries and payments
Achieve monthly and area-wise sales targets
Ensure product visibility and customer satisfaction
✅ Candidate Requirements:
2–12 years of experience in FMCG/field sales
Should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with area-wise shop visits
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant FMCG sales experience
