Job Description: SALES CONSULTANT (FSC/SSC)

🎯 KEY PURPOSE

The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling new vehicles while ensuring achievement of sales volume targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable vehicle options, assisting with financing processes (when applicable), and building long-term customer relationships through professionalism, sincerity, and proactive service.

📝 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction & Sales

  • Greet all customers promptly and deliver professional, timely service
  • Complete Customer Data Information Form (CDIF) accurately and on time
  • Understand customer needs through effective listening & probing
  • Recommend appropriate vehicles and related services
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions
  • Sell value-added services including accessories, insurance, and finance products
  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable experience

Sales Achievement & Prospecting

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and income goals
  • Prospect via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and face-to-face meetings
  • Identify repeat customers and maintain long-term engagement
  • Contact customers nearing finance completion with new offers
  • Track progress on sales targets and prospect pipelines
  • Plan and execute promotions and special program updates

Customer Satisfaction & Brand Building

  • Improve SSI, RDI, and other CSI-related scores
  • Build customer loyalty and strengthen dealership brand image
  • Maintain an effective customer contact management system
  • Ensure courteous, composed, and professional behavior at all touchpoints

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in documentation and forms
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and changing work demands
  • Follow up for successful execution of plans and tasks
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Track competition activities within assigned territories
  • Stay updated on Mahindra products and competitor offerings

📚 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  • Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience:

  • Experience in automobile sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication & sales skills may also apply

🌍 LOCATIONS & SALARY

Field Sales Consultant (FSC) – Personal Vehicles

Locations: Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Sirohi, Sagwara
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
