About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Django Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Django, Python, and modern web development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and the Django framework.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Implement application security and data protection measures.
- Develop and manage databases including schema design, queries, and optimization.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for application stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Python Django Developer (or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of Python and Django framework.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies (React/Angular preferred).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Desirable:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Selenium).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred (exceptional freshers may also be considered).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
