A reputed business group engaged in residential real estate development in Mumbai is urgently looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to join their growing team in Vashi.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing and billing activities for residential real estate projects
Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers
Negotiate prices, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials, product specs, and market rates
Manage MIS, Excel reports, and entries in Tally ERP
Ensure timely procurement and billing accuracy
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and related documentation
✅ Candidate Profile:
📚 Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)
🧑💼 Experience: Proven experience in real estate purchase and billing
Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, pricing, and supplier networks
Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and Tally
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Candidates from Rajasthan preferred
