### **About the Role**
We are seeking **dynamic, young, and competent Neurologists and Neurosurgeons** to join a reputed hospital’s Neurology and Neurosurgery Department.
This is a **purely clinical and surgical position** — focused on patient care, critical case management, and operative work. **No teaching or academic duties** are involved.
Candidates should be confident in handling critical neurological and neurosurgical cases, performing surgeries, managing ICU and emergency patients, and leading patient counseling and post-operative follow-ups.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Diagnose and manage neurological and neurosurgical disorders (acute and chronic).
* Perform **neurosurgeries** and assist in operative and post-operative management.
* Handle **ICU and emergency neurological/neurosurgical patients** independently.
* Provide comprehensive **treatment, counselling, and rehabilitation** for patients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases.
* Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care.

### **Required Qualifications & Skills**
* **DM / DNB (Neurology)** or **MCh / DNB (Neurosurgery)** from a recognized institution.
* 1–5 years of hands-on experience in a tertiary care or super-specialty hospital.
* Strong expertise in **neuro-critical care, surgery, and patient management**.
* Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
