We are hiring a **strategic and hands-on Finance Leader** to take charge of the entire **Finance & Accounting function** of our organization. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in managing large-scale financial operations, driving system upgrades, and delivering actionable insights to steer business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Strategic Financial Oversight:** Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* **Books of Accounts:** Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
* **Cash Flow & Fund Management:** Monitor idle funds and advise on effective utilization across investment vehicles (PMS, mutual funds, etc.).
* **Audit & Financial Reporting:** Finalize financial statements, P\&L, balance sheets, and oversee statutory & internal audits.
* **ERP & Finance System Enhancement:** Lead the **implementation and upgradation of SAP/ERP** to streamline financial workflows.
* **Banking & Treasury:** Manage banking documentation, authorize online payments, handle stock and operational reporting to financial institutions.
* **Compliance & Controls:** Maintain robust internal financial controls, review voucher approvals, and perform financial ratio analysis.
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise daily accounting activities and lead a high-performance finance team.
**Key Skills**
* Strong **leadership and decision-making abilities**
* Deep knowledge of **accounting standards, audits, and financial compliance**
* Proficiency in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
* Excellent **analytical, communication, and stakeholder management** skills
* Exposure to **treasury, fund management**, and financial reporting in complex environments
* CA / CMA / MBA Finance
* 20+ years of progressive experience in **Finance & Accounts leadership roles**
* Preferably from **Manufacturing or Large Enterprise backgrounds**
* Proven success in **audit handling, ERP transformation**, and financial operations management
