🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for a Tender Expert with hands-on experience in GEM Portal bidding and industrial tender documentation. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounts and a deep understanding of tender processes, bid management, and compliance documentation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tender creation, submission, and follow-up on GEM Portal.
- Prepare and maintain all required accounting and tender documentation.
- Review bid terms, ensure compliance with government/industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial inputs.
- Track tender status and maintain bid records systematically.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in GEM Portal tender bidding (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of accounts and documentation.
- Experience in industrial or construction sector preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online tender tools.
