Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, AWS server administration, and modern front-end/back-end development. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and enhancement of ShaleenJobs portal with new features and updates.
  • Full lifecycle ownership of the platform – from planning, coding, testing, to deployment.
  • Maintain and improve portal performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Ensure data security, user privacy, and compliance with best practices.
  • Manage and optimize AWS server administration, backups, and monitoring.
  • Handle email campaigns, cron jobs, notifications, and user engagement flows.
  • Develop and maintain front-end (UI/UX) and back-end services with modern frameworks.
  • Optimize MySQL database queries, storage, and reporting functions.
  • Implement AI-based functionalities to enhance user experience and automation.
  • Ensure high-quality user activation, data activation, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams for feature rollouts.
  • Sign NDA and commit to exclusive engagement with ShaleenJobs (no side projects).

Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer (3–7 years preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and server administration.
  • Knowledge of email campaign tools, cron jobs, and automation flows.
  • Strong understanding of data security, authentication, and privacy standards.
  • Exposure to AI/ML implementation in web platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, accountability, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Udaipur.
