Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Convert leads into sales opportunities by building relationships and understanding customer needs.
3. Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.
4. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track lead progress and sales performance.
5. Respond to emails and inquiries from corporate clients and partners.
