Job Description: Corporate & Government Sales Consultant (Udaipur)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Corporate & Government Sales Consultant to manage and expand key corporate and government accounts for both Personal Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, account management, presentation delivery, and developing long-term customer relationships to drive dealership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales

1. Conduct regular visits to corporate clients for Personal & Commercial Vehicles.
2. Develop and manage key accounts including E-commerce, Logistics, and Large Corporate Houses.
3. Build strategic relationships to generate continuous business and meet sales targets.
4. Conduct effective product presentations (PowerPoint) for corporate clients.

Government Sales

1. Visit Canteen Stores Department (CSD) and Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) for Personal Vehicle sales.
2. Engage with Urban Local Bodies, Government Departments, and Public Sector offices for Commercial Vehicle sales.
3. Draft offers, quotations, government bids, and tenders.

Channel & Dealer Growth

1. Conduct Fabricator visits for Commercial Vehicle needs.
2. Promote dealership image and ensure high customer retention.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
2. Build customer loyalty and handle objections effectively.
3. Ensure follow-ups for repeat and referral business.
4. Maintain an effective customer contact & tracking system.

Sales Operations & Execution

1. Prospect through phone calls, emails, meetings, and corporate visits.
2. Plan, organize, and shift priorities as business needs change.
3. Implement sales plans quickly and effectively.
4. Prepare and deliver professional quotations and sales proposals.
5. Maintain reporting, documentation, and MS Office-based sales tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective negotiation & objection-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to plan, organize and execute sales strategies
• Professional conduct with corporate & government clients

Compensation
