Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to lead overall business operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to head the company’s growth initiatives, drive business expansion, and work directly under the mentorship of the company founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, operations, and revenue generation
- Drive lead generation to closure across all verticals: recruitment, consulting, outsourcing, and technology
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams in sales, delivery, and support
- Manage client relationships, including onboarding, servicing, and satisfaction
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across departments
- Strategize and execute business development and B2B partnerships
- Manage internal operations, team productivity, and process automation
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the management team to align with long-term business goals
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and result-orientation
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar leadership, business development, or operational role in consulting or services industry
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of HRIS/CRM/automation tools (preferred)
