Job Description
- Drive sales and business development in BFSI & Government segments.
- Identify, tap, and map all prospective customers and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quote, closure, and collection.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience dealing with BFSI & Government customers.
- Strong ability to sell, pitch, and push IT hardware/automation products.
- Ability to confidently manage customer hierarchies and decision makers.
- Prior experience in business development and new customer creation.
- Innovative approach to identify and engage potential customer bases.
- Self-driven, motivated, and go-getter personality with resilience under pressure.
- Capable of excelling in a highly competitive and dynamic ecosystem.
- Field sales position requiring extensive in-city travel.
- Track record of overachieving sales targets consistently.
