The company is a leading trader and food processing firm, dealing in rice, atta (flour), pulses, grains, and other FMCG food items. With a robust distribution channel across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, we are steadily expanding our footprint in the HoReCa, retail, and corporate sectors through premium-quality food products and an expanding brand presence.


Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager / ASM (Zonal Head – HoReCa) to lead, develop, and execute business expansion strategies across multiple channels — HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, and Institutional Sales.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG brand building, team leadership, and strategic sales management, with the ability to create systems, processes, and teams to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for HoReCa, modern trade, and institutional channels.
  • Build and manage a sales team — including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and strengthen sales systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms for efficient channel operations.
  • Drive sales growth for FMCG food products such as rice, atta, pulses, and other food items.
  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients, corporate customers, branded retail outlets, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop corporate tie-ups, distribution partnerships, and brand collaborations to expand market presence.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure strong relationships with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business planning and execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for brand promotion, product placement, and market visibility.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • 8–15 years of experience in FMCG / Food industry sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or zonal role.
  • Proven track record in HoReCa, modern trade, and institutional sales.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, channel management, and team building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design and implement sales systems and operational processes.
  • Must be target-driven, strategic, and self-motivated.

Job Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹6–10 Lakh per annum + Attractive Incentives (for Premium Brand)
