Job Title: Import Export Executive (MIB)

We are a reputed FMCG food company with a legacy spanning three generations in the food industry. The company is a well-established trader and food processing firm specializing in rice, atta (flour), dal (pulses), and grains. With a strong distribution network across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, we are now expanding our global presence through import and export operations in pulses, grains, and other food items.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Import Export Executive (MIB) to manage and expand our international trade operations. The role involves sourcing potential international buyers and suppliers, handling import-export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business development in the global agri-commodity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential international buyers for Indian pulses, grains, and rice to expand export opportunities.
- Source reliable overseas suppliers for high-quality agricultural commodities at competitive prices for import into India.
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, BL, COO, LC, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, EXIM, and customs regulations and maintain all statutory records.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing and export markets.
- Support the business development function by building long-term relationships with international buyers (customers) and suppliers (vendors).
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports on shipment status, pricing, and profitability.
- Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contracts with international partners.
- Stay updated on global trade trends, commodity pricing, and logistics costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s in International Business (MIB) or MBA (International Trade/Logistics/Supply Chain).
- Preferred candidates with relevant import/export experience in pulses, grains, and rice.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in FMCG or agri-commodity sectors.
- Sound knowledge of INCOTERMS, international trade documentation, and global market dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP systems, and export-import online portals (DGFT, ICEGATE, etc.).

Salary: ₹4–6 Lakh per annum + Attractive Incentives
