🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and capable HR Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee relations, statutory compliance, and performance management.
The incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and motivated workforce, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a healthy organizational culture aligned with the group’s values.

This position is ideal for a result-oriented professional who can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resource Operations & Administration
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance and management teams for salary processing and benefits management.
  • Prepare and manage HR MIS reports, employee data, and dashboards.
  1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff, executives, and technical positions as per business needs.
  • Work with departmental heads for manpower forecasting and hiring strategy.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Build strong employer branding and maintain effective talent pipelines.
  1. Employee Engagement & Development
  • Organize training programs, workshops, and skill enhancement sessions.
  • Promote employee motivation and teamwork through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
  • Support performance appraisals and ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
  1. Industrial Relations & Compliance
  • Manage contract labor administration, attendance monitoring, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and labor welfare regulations.
  • Maintain cordial relations between management and workforce; handle grievances with professionalism.
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants for HR audits and inspections.
  1. HR Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support implementation of HR automation tools, HRMS/ERP systems, and data management improvements.
  • Introduce efficiency-driven HR processes for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Continuously review and update HR practices to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5–15 years of HR experience in industrial or multi-sector organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and IR documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, HRMS, and employee record systems.
  • Capable of handling multi-department coordination and managing HR teams at the plant or corporate level.
  • Ethical, disciplined, and aligned with organizational values.
