🔹 Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Group HR Head (Corporate HR Leader) to spearhead the Human Resources strategy and transformation across multiple verticals within our conglomerate.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, industrial harmony, and HR excellence across all business entities of the group.
This is a board-level strategic leadership role, requiring strong business acumen, deep understanding of people and culture, and proven success in managing large and diverse workforces.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business vision and long-term goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board and Group CEO on HR, people, and organizational matters.
- Lead transformation in organization design, culture, and digital HR.
- Institutionalize Group HR Policies, HR Governance Framework, and Compliance structures.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Oversee leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and talent reviews across group companies.
- Design and implement learning, capability-building, and managerial development programs.
- Promote a performance-driven, merit-based culture across the organization.
Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance
- Provide strategic direction to industrial relations and ensure harmonious employee relations across manufacturing and mining units.
- Manage collective bargaining, union negotiations, and statutory compliance at all locations.
- Establish robust grievance redressal and disciplinary frameworks.
HR Operations & Systems
- Lead implementation of modern HRMS / ERP systems, HR analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee compensation structuring, payroll governance, and benefits administration across business units.
- Drive standardization of HR processes for consistency and control.
Culture & Change Management
- Act as a custodian of the Group’s values and culture.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, internal communication, and employee engagement.
- Build a strong employer brand to position the Group as an Employer of Choice.
🔹 Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of strong HR leadership experience in large diversified industrial groups or conglomerates.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-location teams across varied industries.
- Strong exposure to Manufacturing, Mining, and Service sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR governance, IR, and strategic HR systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
