As the Business Head at IVF Hospital, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and growth of the hospital’s operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with senior management to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
● Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the hospital’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
● Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities to guide the hospital’s expansion and development.
● Develop and manage the hospital’s annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
● Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to expand the hospital’s reach and patient base.
● Foster relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to drive patient referrals.
Team Management and Development:
● Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Provide coaching and training to enhance skills and capabilities within the team.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
● Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the hospital’s operational and financial performance.
● Generate reports for senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, physicians, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
● MBA in Healthcare and or Marketing or a related field
● Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting.
● Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
● Financial management expertise, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
● Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient safety standards.
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in complex and dynamic environments.
