Who we are

Shaleenjobs is a firm partnering its clients in timely and appropriate placement to fulfill its manpower needs. Shaleenjobs is based at Udaipur (four associate offices across India) providing services to clients spread across the country.

Since its inception Shaleenjobs has consciously limited its basket of clients to ensure a superior quality of service is provided for each of its relationships. This has been acknowledged by our clients through better business terms and nature of assignments awarded.

Our Methodology

Towards achieving our objectives, the entire process has been defined and classified into stages.

STAGE 1:

Position Analysis : The stage entails clear understanding of the role and its classification into its essentials and preferences. A cross check on our understanding is done with the client post which a job summary is derived with a brief on the clients business status.

STAGE 2:

Identification : The objective of this is to map out all available talent suitable for the role. This would attempt using all available sources (The Data base, web site subscriptions, references/ head hunting etc) Assessment: A preliminary shortlist is derived and contact made with the prospective candidates. Each candidate is met personally to explain the role requirements and evaluated on suitability for the role. This is further validated by a reference check of the candidate. Candidates are evaluated and ranked based on their suitability for the role.

STAGE 3:

Client Co-ordination : A report of the our assessment of proposed candidates and their ranking is presented to the client along with a candidate summary arranged in a standardized format A tracker of progress on the search with each passing week is maintained and provided to the client.

STAGE 4

Upon intimation by the client, a regular follow up is maintained with the candidate and when required details of the offer communicated. Should it be required we undertake the entire salary negotiation exercise to periodic updates provided to the client.

Our Infrastructure and Capabilities:

Shaleen management consultants have a team of 10 professionals and four associate offices across India with an intellectual capital of 6 years in the recruitment industry. A significant number of our employees bring valuable of experience having worked in other search firms of repute. A computerized and networked office, we have a sizeable database of out own and subscribe to some placement websites. Additionally each employee undergoes a rigorous training & familiarization of the work processes with each client.

To ensure our commitment to service delivery Shaleen management consultants is structured so as to maximize accountability and reward achievement. This is done by:

• Each team follows a common and standardized recruitment process.

Data Bank

We retain in the Data Bank only such candidates whom we have met and evaluated as good. This gives to the client immediate access to qualified and experienced candidates.

Website

We have our own job site www.shaleenjobs.com which attracts most of profile from region. Due that we are able arrange, short-listed and reach to maximum profile in a short time.

Head Hunting

We spot and pursue talent. This is based on absolute trust, confidentiality and credibility. Specific head hunting is done only outside the network of our clients.

Search Through Advertising

We write the copy in consultation with the client and select appropriate cost effective media keeping in mind the availability of talent and client’s image.
